There are a lot of low-carb diets and strategies out there, but not all of them have the same beneficial effects. Fortunately, choosing the right carb timing for your body helps with adrenal fatigue, improve fat loss, and provide energy for your workouts.
A lot of people aren't aware that by cycling your carbohydrates throughout the day can cause some significant benefits. Cortisol levels tend to drop at night so by increasing your carbs at night, it can take stress off of your adrenal glands. Taking in slower carbs at night can also blunt the effects of insulin post workout as well. Avoiding all carbohydrates throughout the day pushes your body to burn more fat throughout the day which can help provide a more steady energy and mood.
