उच्च हिमशिखर आरोहण गर्न जाने प्रत्येक टोलीका साथ एकजना सम्पर्क अधिकृत पठाए पनि उनीहरु आरोहण दलको सम्पर्कमै नहुने प्रवृत्ति बढेपछि सरकारले कडाइ गरेको छ । पर्यटन विभागले निजामती कर्मचारीका साथै सेना र प्रहरीलाई समेत परिचालित गरी यथासिघ्र तोकिएको क्षेत्रमा खटिन र जिम्मेवारी पूरा गर्न सूचित नै गरेको छ । करिब तीन महिनाको आरोहण याममा अधिकांश सम्पर्क अधिकृत आधार शिविरमै नपुग्ने दीर्घ समस्या थियो ।
यो हिमाल आरोहणको याम हो । यसका लागि आरोहीहरु त्यसतर्फ प्रस्थान गरिसकेका छन् । करिब तीन महिना लामो यस याममा सात सयभन्दा बढी आरोहीले सर्वोच्च शिखर सगरमाथा, कन्चनजंघा, ल्होत्से, अन्नपूर्ण, धौलागिरिसहित २० वटा हिमाल आरोहण गर्दैछन् । उनीहरुको आरोहणलाई आधिकारिकता प्रदान गर्नेदेखि अनधिकृत आरोहण रोक्न भनेर सम्पर्क अधिकृत तोकिएका हुन्छन् । यस्ता लियाजोन अफिसर आधार शिविरसम्म आरोहण दलसँगै रहनुपर्छ । तर अधिकांश टोलीसँग नजाने र नबस्ने प्रवृत्ति छ । यसले अनधिकृत आरोहण त बढाएकै छ, आरोहणका बेला हुन सक्ने हिमपहिरो वा अन्य दुर्घटनाको तत्काल जानकारी गराएर सहयोग जुटाउनसमेत असहज भइरहेको छ ।
६ हजार ५ सय मिटर भन्दा अग्ला हिमालको आरोहणमा जाने टोलीसंग एक जना सम्पर्क अधिकृत पठाउनै पर्छ । तर विभागले खटाएका सम्पर्क अधिकृत कोहि स्वास्थ्यका कारणले आधार शिविर पुग्न सक्दैनन त केहि भने पुग्ने इच्छै राख्दैनन् र कागजमा पुगेको देखाएर पारिश्रमिक लिन्छन । तर केही भने वातानुकुल अर्थात उचाइलाई शरिरले समायोजन गर्न नसक्दा पुगेर पनि टिक्न सक्दैनन्। त्यसैले वातानुकुल हुन नसक्दा ६ जनाले त आधार शिविरमै जीवन गुमाइसकेका छन् ।
जोखिमयुक्त क्षेत्रमा निजामती कर्मचारी जानै नचाहेकाले सम्पर्क अधिकृतका रुपमा सेना, प्रहरी र सशस्त्र प्रहरीलाई समेत समावेश गरिएको छ ।
हिमाली क्षेत्रमा अनधिकृत प्रवेश रोक्नुका साथै सरकारलाई त्यहाँका बारेमा जानकारी दिने जिम्मेवारी बोकेका सम्पर्क अधिकृतलाई पर्याप्त तालिम र सुविधा व्यवस्था गरी आकर्षण बढाउन सक्नुपर्छ । यसबाहेक मुख्य हिमालमा आरोहणको मौसममा अस्थायी सम्पर्क कार्यालय नै राखेर नियमन गरेमा थप प्रभावकारी हुनेछ ।
